Studio A, although marketed towards university students, is actually a nice place to live regardless if you are a student or if you are already married with a kid of your own. You are more than welcome to become a part of the Studio A family. The units are quite spacious and well-designed that you won’t ever feel cramped or lacking in space.
The location alone of Studio A makes it more than a worthwhile investment. The condominium building is quite near major colleges and universities, which makes it the ideal residence for college students. However, Studio A is also accessible to some of the major business hubs in Quezon City, like the Cubao area, UP Ayala Technohub, ETON Centris, and the North EDSA Triangle, which makes it ideal for young professionals as well.
To sweeten the deal, Studio A also has world-class recreational amenities. There is a complete fitness center with a lap pool and gym. You can also find a huge lounge area and study halls. There is also a commercial area at the ground floor, which essentially makes the condominium kind of a self-sustaining community where you can go for weeks without stepping outside the building because everything you need is already inside it.
As of this writing, the Studio A is already nearing completion, and a lot of the choice residential units have already been sold during the pre-selling phase of the project. If you still want to invest in at least one unit in Studio A, I suggest that you do so immediately.
